About the role

  • Co-Op Data Analyst role focusing on developing AI systems in financial services. Work with data to enhance customer financial wellbeing through insights and machine learning.

Responsibilities

  • Build, refine, and evaluate ML models for recommendations and financial insights
  • Support development of agentic AI systems that identify customer financial opportunities
  • Run experiments, conduct model diagnostics, and analyze performance
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and financial planning specialists

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in CS, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Finance/FinTech, or similar
  • Strong Python skills (pandas, NumPy, scikit learn)
  • Solid understanding of core ML concepts
  • Curiosity about financial planning and wealth management
  • Experience with classical AI/ML and LLM prompt engineering (Preferred)
  • Exposure to agentic AI or reasoning frameworks (Preferred)
  • SQL and large dataset experience (Preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills (Preferred)
