About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales at plancraft. Focusing on lead qualification, product demos, and closing deals effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handle qualified inbound leads with identifiable needs.
  • Conduct product demos and analyze customer needs.
  • Develop tailored solutions and independently close deals.
  • Build a qualified pipeline in collaboration with the SDR team (outbound sales).
  • Identify ICP-fit target accounts and proactively engage them across multiple channels.
  • Strategically select accounts and continuously optimize outreach methods.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in B2B or SaaS sales with a focus on warm leads and closing deals
  • Experience in needs analysis and conducting structured sales conversations
  • Some experience with cold calling and proactive new business development
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce)
  • Interest in leveraging AI to make your sales workflow smarter, more scalable, and more effective
  • German language skills at C1/C2 level
  • Willingness to regularly come to our Hamburg office (hybrid)
