- Manager in Payroll/Accounting overseeing payroll for national and international clients at a consulting firm in Zurich. Responsible for HR-Payroll projects, payroll administration, and financial accounting.
Responsibilities
- Selbständige Führung von Lohnbuchhaltungen eines eigenen Mandatsportfolios für nationale und internationale Kunden
- Auskunfterteilung und Bearbeitung von Anfragen im Bereich von Expats / grenzüberschreitende Arbeitsverhältnisse / Mitarbeiterbeteiligungen
- Planung und Koordinierung von HR-Payroll-Projekten zwecks Übernahme von nationalen und internationalen Neukunden
- Betreuung der Lohn- und Personaladministration
- Führen von Finanz-Buchhaltungen für KMU-Unternehmen mit modernen Tools
- Erstellen von Zwischen- und Jahresabschlüssen (bilanzsicher)
- Erstellen von Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen (inkl. Fiskalvertretungen)
- Korrespondenz und Anfragen in Deutsch und Englisch erledigen
Requirements
- Kaufmännische Lehre in der Treuhandbranche (E- oder M-Profil)
- Mehrere Jahre Praxiserfahrung als MandatsleiterIn in Lohnbuchhaltung / Treuhand
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung oder in Ausbildung als TreuhänderIn FA oder Fachausweis HR / Bachelorabschluss / Payroll Expert oder dipl. Treuhandexperte/in
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse von Abacus und MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe, engagiertes, verlässliches und strukturiertes Arbeiten
