• What do we expect from a Project Manager?
• Manage projects, leading, allocating and overseeing the team of consultants in their deliveries, providing feedback and sharing lessons learned
• Receive and validate new projects (Sales to Delivery process)
• Liaise with internal departments to understand and ensure resolution of issues during solution implementations
• Manage project risks to mitigate the impact of threats and maximize opportunities
• Approve, monitor and control the costs of projects under your responsibility, keeping financial reports up to date
• Conduct project kick-offs with clients, host milestone meetings and plan the system cutover/rollout
• Ensure project closure and documentation in accordance with the company's methodology
• Ensure smooth transition of projects to support according to company methodologies
• Ensure delivery of the agreed scope on time and within budget
• Maintain alignment with the internal team and the client
• Ensure achievement of KPIs according to the current methodology
• Manage an individual project portfolio and ensure delivery of scheduled projects
• Support onboarding and training of new team members in the area
• Manage crises using negotiation skills between internal teams and the client
• Maintain close client relationships through ongoing engagement and continuous learning about the client's needs.
