- Manage interfaces with all involved departments
- Contribute to ongoing development
- Develop and implement binding occupancy standards for elective and emergency patients
Requirements
- Completed nursing qualification (e.g., general nursing, registered nurse or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in a hospital and solid knowledge of medical diagnoses and the resulting nursing care requirements
- Experience in occupancy/bed management is desirable, as well as a strong understanding of hospital economic processes
- Confident use of clinical documentation and IT-supported hospital systems (experience with ORBIS [Dedalus] is advantageous)
- Analytical, structured and independent working style
- Strong communication and assertiveness in an interdisciplinary environment, with a solution-oriented and cooperative attitude toward all professional groups
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Intrinsic motivation (passion and enthusiasm for the role)
