Responsibilities
Support the organization and execution of institutional events, visits, and stakeholder engagement activities;
Provide support to internal teams in organizing visits from authorities, partners, and clients;
Assist in organizing and maintaining the functionality of spaces designated for events and meetings;
Support the management and fulfillment of space reservation requests;
Assist in conducting guided visits and tours when required;
Help align briefings with requesting departments to ensure a clear understanding of requirements;
Work with the team on the production and co-production of events;
Maintain communication with internal clients and suppliers to ensure successful execution of activities;
Assist in monitoring activities during events and help resolve unforeseen issues;
Support the organization of post-event information and lessons learned (debriefings);
Contribute to organizing processes, checklists, and supporting materials for the department.
Requirements
Education: Currently completing or holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Previous experience preferred (including internships) in event organization, customer service, or administrative roles.
Languages: Intermediate English desirable.
