About the role

  • Business Analyst developing innovative solutions for public sector needs. Leading strategic relationships with municipalities and government agencies at the PIT.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with municipalities, state governments and federal agencies.
  • Lead prospecting, qualification and closing of opportunities, using methodologies such as Spin Selling and ABM to ensure targets are met.
  • Map influencers, decision-makers and competitors, creating positioning strategies for PIT products.
  • Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals, strictly meeting the requirements of public tenders and calls.
  • Serve as a point of reference for the team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on continuous feedback.
  • Expand our commercial network and identify new opportunities in public sector markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, Economics or Law)
  • Postgraduate specialization desirable in People Management, Public Management, Administrative Law or Social Sciences
  • Advanced Excel
  • Artificial Intelligence for Sales and Business
  • Canva for creating/editing presentations and graphics
  • Contract Management
  • CRM
  • Spin Selling methodology
  • Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese
  • Knowledge of Public Procurement (Law No. 14,133) and MROSC (Law No. 13,019).
