About the role

  • Analista de Financiamento Imobiliário managing real estate credit processes for Pipeimob. Conducting credit analysis and ensuring compliance with deadlines and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Preliminary credit analysis
  • Advising clients on required documentation
  • Preparing and reviewing financing files
  • Monitoring bank and legal reviews
  • Resolving outstanding issues
  • Acting as a point of contact with clients, real estate agencies, and financial institutions
  • Tracking and updating the status of processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate financing
  • Familiarity with banking systems and mortgage lending platforms
  • Experience working as a banker in real estate financing (not required, but a plus)
  • CA-300 certification (not required, but a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Sense of purpose and alignment with Pipeimob’s vision
  • Hands-on approach with autonomy and accountability
  • Good communication skills and the ability to technically justify design decisions
  • Resilience and flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment
  • Mindset of continuous learning and constructive nonconformity
  • Ability and willingness to work collaboratively in a team
