About the role

  • Customer Relationship Analyst providing support for clients and ensuring excellent service experiences. Collaborating on customer journeys across various digital platforms and communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms (Airbnb, Booking, VRBO, and others);
  • Monitor the customer journey, ensuring excellent service experiences;
  • Monitor and update reservation calendars, keeping information accurate at all times;
  • Identify and escalate more complex situations, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and effective resolution.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and ease with online platforms;
  • Strong customer service skills, including communication, empathy, and problem-solving;
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations, demonstrating emotional intelligence;
  • Organized and quick thinking to manage multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish.
