Quality Analyst tasked with data analysis and quality optimization for Creditreform's solutions. Involved in reporting, dashboard creation, and process standardization
Responsibilities
Analysis and evaluation of data to assess and optimize product quality.
Preparation of reports, dashboards and analyses (e.g., using IBM Cognos) to support decision-making.
Identification of quality gaps and implementation of appropriate improvement measures.
Further development, standardization and documentation of quality-related processes.
Preparation and presentation of analysis results, and providing feedback to specialist teams and quality owners.
Creation of work instructions for processing business information according to uniform standards.
Requirements
University degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
Excellent German language skills (at least C2) as well as strong analytical thinking and a pronounced quality mindset
Experience in data analysis, reporting or quality management, ideally with IBM Cognos
Confident handling of KPIs and complex data, combined with the ability to clearly prepare and present results
Strong communicator and team player with an understanding of business processes in an agile environment.
