About the role

  • Operations Manager at Pickwings coordinating customer support and daily operations in logistics. Engaging with clients and ensuring high-quality service in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: We receive numerous inquiries from customers and carriers every day, which you answer competently both verbally and in writing, using them as opportunities to build a dialogue.
  • Daily Operations: At Pickwings, quality comes first. Open orders are always your priority and you act proactively so that problems do not arise in the first place.
  • Enabling: You act as the wingman for our sales team. You create sales opportunities for them and serve as a link between the customer and sales.
  • All-rounder: As a startup, we will repeatedly entrust you with exciting and challenging tasks from other areas. You show initiative, are flexible, and enjoy learning new things.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in logistics/transport.
  • You are assertive and strong in communication.
  • You have technical understanding and IT skills. We are digital!
  • Your German and English language skills, written and spoken, are excellent.
