Responsibilities
Liderar la expansión comercial (hunting) en nuevos mercados
Gestionar el proceso de ventas end-to-end, desde prospección hasta cierre
Diseñar y coordinar propuestas comerciales complejas junto a equipos internos
Actuar como PMO comercial, asegurando foco, timing y ejecución
Liderar la implementación inicial de nuevas cuentas
Gestionar y optimizar el pipeline comercial con foco en resultados
Generar insights, reporting y mejora continua del proceso
Requirements
+5 años en desarrollo de negocio, ventas consultivas B2B o expansión
Experiencia concreta en hunting y apertura de cuentas enterprise / mid-market
Perfil estratégico, con visión de negocio y ejecución
Capacidad de influenciar, negociar y comunicar a nivel ejecutivo
Experiencia liderando proyectos o implementaciones cross-funcionales
Manejo de CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot u otros)
Fuerte capacidad analítica (Excel / Sheets + business cases)
Adaptabilidad, resiliencia y mentalidad de crecimiento
Experiencia en logística, tecnología o servicios B2B
