- Driving strong program governance through consistent metrics tracking, reporting, and performance oversight
- Facilitating alignment across global, multi‑cultural Agile teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end Program Management
- Experience managing large-scale SaaS systems
- Strong technical fluency across architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps
- Knowledge of Agile planning using tools like Jira, Smartsheets, and Miro
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or 9+ years of equivalent Project Management experience
- PMP certification, preferred
