Responsibilities
Manage and grow FM business within an assigned territory by driving revenue, executing contracts, and building strong customer partnerships.
Align daily activities with regional and national objectives.
Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and contract pull-through across assigned hospital and Integrated Delivery Network accounts.
Build and manage long-term customer relationships, engaging multiple stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value-based solutions.
Support and execute contract implementation and compliance, coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure pricing accuracy, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze territory and account performance, market dynamics, and customer trends to prioritize opportunities and drive growth.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device sales
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, or a technical discipline
