Responsibilities
Build customized content calendars for each channel, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
Adapt communications across channels and formats, ensuring consistent tone of voice and connection with the Institute's diverse audiences.
Propose partnerships, content collaborations and collabs with potential brands.
Measure performance of social media campaigns and communication initiatives, preparing reports on results and impact indicators.
Report strategic insights on engagement, reach, and effectiveness of institutional campaigns.
Review institutional content and graphic materials, ensuring adherence to the Institute's visual identity and positioning.
Research trends in digital communication and social marketing applicable to the educational and nonprofit/third-sector context.
Identify opportunities for synergy between internal teams to strengthen integrated messaging.
Analyze storylines, press releases and media-facing content, adapting language and focus to target audiences, and repurposing for social networks.
Report campaign results and recommend strategic adjustments based on data and evidence.
Examine stakeholder perceptions and propose actions to strengthen partner network engagement on social media.
Analyze data from digital platforms and social networks to guide content strategies.
Assess alignment of social content with institutional image and reputation policies.
Propose new language formats for institutional communications rollouts.
Perform other duties compatible with the role as directed by the manager or as required by the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
Previous experience creating, publishing, and monitoring social media content.
Institutional Communication and Branding: Understand and apply communication strategies and image management focused on the organization's reputation, positioning, and identity across all digital channels.
Social Media: Plan, produce, publish, and monitor content on institutional social channels, ensuring brand consistency, qualified audience engagement, and continuous performance analysis for optimization.
Strategic Digital Communication, Content and Copy: Structure and lead the Institute's digital communication strategy, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and institutional objectives.
Data Analysis and Communication Metrics: Collect, measure, and interpret performance metrics of campaigns and activities, producing analytical reports and strategic recommendations.
Reputation Management and Digital Communication: Monitor public perception, anticipate communication risks, and conduct strategic responses in digital environments.
Community Management and Engagement: Build qualified relationships with strategic audiences, strengthening ties, mobilization, and sense of belonging to the cause.
Channel Integration and Message Consistency: Ensure conceptual and editorial alignment across social networks, website, press, campaigns, and other communication fronts.
