About the role
- Pflegefachkraft responsible for 1:1 adult intensive care in Weinböhla. Focused on patient care without time pressure, ensuring a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Sicherstellung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege von beatmungs- und intensivpflichtigen Patienten
- Vermeidung der Entstehung von lebensbedrohlichen Situationen sowie fachgerechtes Handeln in Notsituationen
- Erhaltung einer möglichst selbstständigen Lebensgestaltung
- Sicherstellung und Durchführung des Pflegeprozesses
- Dokumentation entsprechend der gültigen Richtlinien und Standards
Requirements
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Pflegefachmann / Pflegefachfrau (m/w/d), Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Krankenschwester (m/w/d)
- Einfühlsamer, empathischer Umgang mit unseren Patienten (m/w/d)
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Herz und Leidenschaft für den Pflegeberuf
