About the role

  • Product Owner responsible for Salesforce CRM development at pflege.de, enhancing customer care processes through digital solutions. Leading a team in the Hamburg office to optimize product effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • You have a comprehensive understanding of your product (Salesforce CRM system) across the different application areas at pflege.de.
  • You define and prioritize the product roadmap together with your stakeholders (e.g., Business Unit, Customer Care team) and are responsible for the entire product lifecycle (concept, development and launch, optimization).
  • You lead your development team from a business perspective and motivate and enable the team to understand and collaboratively solve the challenges of customers (internal and external).
  • You create, maintain and prioritize the product backlog and prepare refinements and sprint planning sessions.
  • You validate developed features against the defined acceptance criteria and ensure that your stakeholders are informed about completed features.
  • You promote effective stakeholder communication with various internal departments to ensure that product development aligns with requirements and needs.
  • You regularly conduct analyses and evaluations to identify improvement opportunities for your product and incorporate them into the objectives of your product roadmap.
  • You stay up to date on trends in CRM, Salesforce functionality and agile working methods.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in a digital or IT-related environment.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Experience with CRM systems — Salesforce (Sales Cloud) preferred.
  • Proactive and empathetic communication skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge and a strong interest in understanding technical contexts (preferably Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to be on-site in our Hamburg office on average at least 2 days per week.
  • Language requirements: German at C2 level (native or equivalent) and very good to fluent English.
