Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies and messaging for the PAXCESS support program
Manage the Paxlovid Copay program
Continuously evaluate performance and opportunities to simplify the patient journey
Manage the Commercial e-voucher program
Lead development of marketing materials for customer education
Identify areas for continued program awareness and understanding
Regularly conduct PAXCESS program forecasts
Partner with SAS and BAI to ensure compliant utilization of co-pay and e-voucher metrics
Identify opportunities to implement innovative digital solutions
Act as the Patient Support Lead and liaison to Specialty Access Solutions team
Create and lead training on programs and resources
Requirements
8+ years U.S. pharmaceutical experience required
Bachelor's degree required
Or 7+ years with a Masters Degree
Previous in-line marketing experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and extract key insights
Strong project management skills
Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities
Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced environment
Independent worker with demonstrated trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
