Responsibilities
Work closely with the Senior CRM Manager and internal marketing teams to independently manage and successfully build all email communications across a variety of brands.
Improve email templates and content to drive continued engagement, retention and increased revenue.
Play a lead role in CRM database related activity, including campaign automation, segmentation, and conducting detailed analysis to optimise strategies and refine the customer journey.
Build and maintain reports to track success, identify trends, and enhance future campaigns using various platforms including Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI.
Requirements
Experience of working with CRM automation and email platforms is essential.
Experience building automated customer journeys, including data segmentation, triggered communications and personalised email campaigns.
Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Insights/Journeys) is desirable.
Experience using reporting and analytics tools (such as Power BI and Google Analytics) to analyse campaign performance, link data sources and build dashboards.
Working knowledge of HTML and basic data expressions to support email creation and campaign optimisation.
Strong analytical mindset, with the curiosity to explore data and uncover insights, trends and opportunities.
A problem-solving approach, identifying patterns in data to improve marketing performance and customer engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised and capable of juggling many tasks at once.
Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic.
