Responsibilities
- Spearhead visitor and exhibitor promotions within the Aesthetics team
- Execute comprehensive marketing strategies for CCR and The Aesthetics Awards
- Manage the full marketing lifecycle, including audience targeting and content creation
- Lead the development and optimisation of digital campaigns
- Develop compelling content tailored to the event's target audience
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure smooth running of events onsite
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in marketing
- Experience in the full event marketing mix
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong copywriting skills with ability to create compelling content
- Familiarity with website and social scheduling systems
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
- Resilience and enthusiasm to support the team through busy campaigns
- Experience with WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Sprout Social preferred
