About the role

  • HCP Marketing Strategy Lead at Pfizer Oncology responsible for architecting global go-to-market strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maximize brand value and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our branded HCP marketing strategic efforts including Global Branding
  • Support the development of global branding platform
  • Develop and test strategic core claims based on stakeholder needs
  • Champion customer insights and translate key insights into Global strategy
  • Define vision of success and KPIs for tracking market development impact
  • Oversee CoLab agency of record and ensure excellence in execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry; oncology and/or global experience is an asset
  • Able to collaborate across different functions
  • Strong written and oral communication skills coupled with strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to communicate plans and oversee guidance with colleagues
  • Mature, self-starter, detail-oriented, action-driven, comfortable with ambiguity
