Responsibilities
Provide support to Managers within each rotation with activities such as data analysis and report building
Review internal & external customer feedback and implement changes for improving customer experience
Communicate internally & externally status of work or projects to partners and stakeholders are varying levels of the organization
Work with peers and various business partners supporting overall team initiatives
Participate in improvement opportunities and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or currently enrolled in college or university
1+ years of experience
Experience in collecting and analyzing data
Experience presenting insights and providing recommendations to leadership
Experience working collaboratively in a matrixed environment
Experience setting priorities and completing assignments on time
