Responsibilities
Management, development and expansion of our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Planning, organizing and supporting trade shows, events and sponsorship activities
Creation and maintenance of our employee newsletter
Strengthening and further developing our brand internally and externally
Collaborating on the design and maintenance of our website
Conceptualization and production of print materials (flyers, brochures, advertisements, etc.)
Planning and coordination of outdoor advertising (e.g., bus ads, cinema, regional campaigns)
Requirements
A creative streak and enjoyment in implementing new ideas
An open personality with a strong sense for people and topics
Experience in social media, specifically Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Exceptionally high empathy and sensitivity to our work environment
Willingness to travel (e.g., to locations, events or trade shows) within Saxony, Thuringia, Berlin and Brandenburg
Flexible availability when events or projects require it
