About the role

  • Trade Marketing Consultant at Vivo driving creative campaigns and strategies for sales performance. Collaborating with various teams to enhance marketing efforts and engage target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative incentive campaigns aligned with the objectives of the business unit (VP), ensuring clear rules and appeal to the commercial team.
  • Plan and execute tactical actions to boost strategic products, services or segments.
  • Lead campaign communications, ensuring objectives, criteria and rewards are widely understood and motivating.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance indicators and prepare reports with analysis of results, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a facilitator between multiple areas and stakeholders at Vivo and the commercial team, aligning strategies and adjusting actions based on feedback and performance data.
  • Manage the full campaign cycle, from planning to close, ensuring return on investment (ROI and participant surveys).
  • Ensure governance of the commercial quota plan negotiated with manufacturers, coordinating with sales, marketing and partnerships teams to drive commercial results and business objectives.
  • Develop executive reporting materials.
  • Maintain a keen eye to understand and apply market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; additional training is a plus (technical courses or postgraduate studies) in communication, marketing or design.
  • Strategic vision and the ability to link trade marketing activities to sales results.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and development of executive materials.
  • Creativity and innovation in designing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Understanding and application of agile methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build partnerships.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Organized, deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Analytical capability to interpret metrics and turn data into strategic decisions.
  • Proactive and results-oriented profile.
