Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the U.S. access marketing strategy for the Growth Hormone portfolio
Shape and influence evidence needs, payer value frameworks, and channel strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams
Develop access strategies across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and specialty pharmacy channels
Serve as the primary US Market Access Marketing point of contact for Genotropin and Ngenla
Identify and address payer access barriers using analytics, insights, and competitive intelligence
Develop and evolve value propositions, payer narratives, and access materials aligned with brand and enterprise strategy
Partner with customer-facing colleagues to support pull-through and access optimization
Manage USMA budgets for Growth Hormone access activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience OR PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience
Relevant experience with U.S. pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare
Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong collaboration, communication, and influence capabilities across complex matrix environments
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
