Responsibilities
- Support the CEO and executive branch by ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Ensure effective communication and well‑organized executive support
- Collaborate with the Global Sales team on market research, customer business cases, and value propositions

- Proactively support both administrative and commercial projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented working style
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
