Responsibilities
Define and structure the marketing strategy for France in alignment with the company's global strategy, and lead its operational implementation
Support commercial development: sales enablement tools, message alignment, and close coordination between marketing and sales
Organize, prioritize and manage marketing activities with method and rigor, ensuring their successful execution
Manage the marketing teams: lead team engagement and coordination, oversee operational activities, conduct performance reviews, develop skills and onboard new colleagues
Establish and monitor performance indicators (marketing, commercial, financial), analyze results and propose corrective actions
Provide regular and reliable reporting to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulations and administrative requirements within the scope.
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac +5) in Marketing or Business
Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in an industrial and/or technical environment, with more than 5 years' experience
Comfortable learning new software and proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to structure a marketing strategy and deploy it to support commercial development
Strong command of operational and digital marketing, with performance management using KPIs
Good interpersonal skills, organized and autonomous, with a sense of priorities and a results orientation
Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
