Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies for branded products
Analyze key market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Manage execution of marketing plans including content and asset development
Collaborate closely with customer-facing colleagues for effective utilization of marketing assets
Assess marketing tactical performance and implement optimization strategies
Manage budget, internal and external teams and agency resources
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical device or related industry
5+ years in Sales, Marketing or Communications
Strong understanding of marketing best practices
Strong knowledge of healthcare and biopharmaceuticals industries
Ability to manage multiple and diverse product lines and customer segments
Experience working with agency partners and/or leading agency partner relationships
Strong project management experience
Excellent written and oral communications skills, including presentation/PowerPoint skills
