About the role

  • Director of Institutional Customer Marketing managing omnichannel strategies for Pfizer’s U.S. Hospital Sterile Injectables portfolio. Leading marketing efforts for branded products while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies for branded products
  • Analyze key market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Manage execution of marketing plans including content and asset development
  • Collaborate closely with customer-facing colleagues for effective utilization of marketing assets
  • Assess marketing tactical performance and implement optimization strategies
  • Manage budget, internal and external teams and agency resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical device or related industry
  • 5+ years in Sales, Marketing or Communications
  • Strong understanding of marketing best practices
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and biopharmaceuticals industries
  • Ability to manage multiple and diverse product lines and customer segments
  • Experience working with agency partners and/or leading agency partner relationships
  • Strong project management experience
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, including presentation/PowerPoint skills
