About the role

  • Sales Leader managing a growing team in Vertrieb und Marketing at real PACE GmbH. Focusing on team development and strategic business growth in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a growing sales team
  • Manage pre-sales and sales activities and implement clear goals, KPIs and standards
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding and individual development plans
  • Coordinate funnel management, forecasting, KPI tracking and potential analysis
  • Work closely with marketing, partner management and other teams
  • Drive projects such as implementing new tools, refining playbooks/guidelines, or building new marketing and sales units

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent sales/management training
  • Many years of experience in sales (B2B/B2C) and a proven track record in building and leading sales teams (at least 2–3 years of leadership experience, ideally managing teams of more than 5 people)
  • Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office and other digital tools
  • Ideally experienced in data-driven sales and marketing
  • Empathy, ability to motivate and manage conflicts, role-model behavior and resilience
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and structured working style
