About the role

  • Key Account Manager in object business managing strategic networks and customer support in SHK sector. Collaborating with builders, planning offices, and architects to promote PFEIFFER & MAY products.

Responsibilities

  • Competent point of contact for developers, housing companies, MEP (TGA) planning offices and architectural firms
  • Build and expand a strategic network
  • Support our customers with customized building services (TGA) concepts
  • Targeted placement of our products with tenderers and decision-makers
  • Market monitoring and initiation of measures
  • Development and structuring of the sales territory
  • Active sales consulting
  • Marketing of PFEIFFER & MAY services – sample lounge, shower enclosure and photovoltaics services
  • Goal-oriented project tracking
  • Strategic scheduling

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of the plumbing, heating and HVAC (SHK) industry
  • Strong sales orientation
  • Good time management and self-organization skills
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • High self-motivation and commitment
