Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to corporate areas, providing consultative support aligned with the business's priorities and challenges;
Translate organizational needs into People strategies, developing customized plans and initiatives for each area;
Actively influence organizational climate by conducting diagnostics, analyzing results and structuring improvement action plans together with leaders;
Serve as a champion of culture, engagement and sense of belonging, influencing management practices and supporting implementation of corporate programs (D&I, development, sustainability, etc.);
Lead the performance cycle, supporting leaders with evaluations, feedback and decisions on development, recognition and talent retention;
Analyze and support strategies for internal movements, promotions and terminations, ensuring adherence to budget and organizational guidelines;
Manage People metrics and data, proposing improvement actions, aligning expectations and deadlines, and tracking progress of results;
Design and implement changes to organizational structure, ensuring efficiency, clarity of responsibilities and strategic alignment;
Lead the People agenda in strategic business projects, ensuring integration between organizational strategy and HR practices;
Manage the talent and succession pipeline, promoting actions that strengthen career paths and continuous development of teams;
Enable leadership development initiatives, from training to programs that reinforce managerial culture;
Ensure execution of the HR calendar and processes, acting as the focal point between specialist areas and the units served;
Manage and support initiatives related to employee experience, ensuring continuous improvements in the employee journey and alignment with corporate policies;
Act as a change agent, proposing viable solutions, mediating conflicts and driving practices that strengthen performance and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
Availability to work on a hybrid basis from our office in Pari, São Paulo;
Prior experience as a Business Partner in a corporate environment;
Retail experience is a plus;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Experience analyzing organizational structures and conducting compensation studies.
