About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth across Europe. Working directly with founders to build the sales organization and optimize inbound processes.

Responsibilities

  • Inherit a strong inbound engine and convert incoming leads
  • Own and grow strategic accounts across Europe, turning first wins into repeatable, multi-office, multi-country rollouts.
  • Prospect to create new opportunities (startups, SMEs, global brands) and build partnerships (interior designers, distributors, resellers)
  • Build scalable, high-converting sales systems and playbooks - don’t brute-force, architect.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B sales/account management.
  • Proven success owning full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing to managing accounts).
  • Experience working in EU markets.
  • Fluent in English. Speaking German, French, Dutch or Spanish is a strong advantage.
  • Love for prospecting.
  • Power user of HubSpot or similar CRMs.
  • High ownership, crisp communication, and bias for action.
