Responsibilities
Responsible for direct management of Key Account customers (Carrefour, Sam’s Club and Pão de Açúcar); this position’s main objective is the strategic management of sales (sell-in and sell-out) and commercial relationships with clients in this segment.
Monitor and optimize key performance KPIs such as distribution, payments/allowances (rebates), perfect store and in-store execution.
Prepare commercial proposals, track sales targets, analyze performance and carry out other activities related to commercial management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the consumer goods sector;
Experience managing distribution KPIs;
Strong knowledge of retail/Key Account channel dynamics;
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (Power BI is a plus).
