About the role

  • Key Account Executive managing strategic sales and customer relationships for Carrefour and Pão de Açúcar at Pernod Ricard Brasil. Focused on sales performance and commercial relations in the retail sector.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for direct management of Key Account customers (Carrefour, Sam’s Club and Pão de Açúcar); this position’s main objective is the strategic management of sales (sell-in and sell-out) and commercial relationships with clients in this segment.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance KPIs such as distribution, payments/allowances (rebates), perfect store and in-store execution.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, track sales targets, analyze performance and carry out other activities related to commercial management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the consumer goods sector;
  • Experience managing distribution KPIs;
  • Strong knowledge of retail/Key Account channel dynamics;
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (Power BI is a plus).
