About the role

  • Senior Manager in Protection Sociale providing expertise to insurance clients and guiding teams. Driving commercial growth and managing multiple projects in the financial industry.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide your expertise to our clients in the social protection sector (insurers, provident institutions, third-party administrators, mutuals, etc.).
  • Guide teams and contribute directly to the commercial growth of the practice.
  • Work autonomously across all types of assignments related to social protection, notably: operational transformation, implementation, compliance and audits;
  • Process digitization and operational efficiency;
  • Audits, reorganization and business process optimization.
  • Simultaneous management of one or more engagements, from scoping to deployment;
  • Coaching and skills development for consultants;
  • Structuring and methodological oversight of projects;
  • Ensure commitments, quality and client satisfaction.
  • Business development: a driving role in growing the practice and responding to tenders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience on social protection transformation projects within a specialized personal insurance consulting firm or within an insurance player (product, marketing, organization, transformation functions).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex transformation projects, from scoping to deployment;
  • Implementation and rigorous application of project methodology;
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of at least 5 people;
  • Tangible results in business development: offer design, prospecting and client retention.
  • Knowledge of supplementary health insurance and protection (life/disability) products, individual and/or group;
  • Strong understanding of the ecosystem (insurers, mutuals, brokers, third-party administrators…);
  • Thorough knowledge of the business and regulatory environment of social protection;
  • Excellent command of Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Operational knowledge of market tools and platforms.
