Requirements
- テレコム or クラウド or サイバーセキュリティの領域にて、深い技術的専門性を持ち備える。
- Mobile Network(5G/6G、Private Network、Open RAN、MECなど)に関する3GPP仕様理解または実プロジェクトをリード経験
- 固定系:IP/MPLS、BGP/OSPF/IS-IS、QoS、L2/L3設計・トラブルシュート、FTTH(OLT/ONT、PONトポロジ、VLAN/PPP/IPoE)、BNG周りの基本知識
- ネットワークの仮想化(SDN/NFV, cloudification)アーキテクチャの理解、設計からデプロイまで経験
- ネットワーク運用保守:プロセス、監視および自動化ツールのAnsible, Terraform, Python (スクリプト等の利用含め)経験
- クラウドおよびマルチクラウドネットワークの設計
- AI(Gen AI, Agentic AIなど)の基本知識
- クラウド(いずれか):AWS/Azure/GCPの基礎(VPC/VNET、LB、IAM、監視)
- 自動化:Ansible/Terraform/Python いずれかでの構成自動化・テンプレート化
- API・連携:REST/JSON、Webhook、CI/CD(Git、Pipeline)の基本運用
- 可観測性:ログ・メトリクス・トレース(例:Prometheus/Grafana/ELK等)の設計・可視化
- セキュリティ領域の実務経験

- ネットワーク防御:FW/IPS/IDS、セグメンテーション、ゼロトラストの基本
- ID・アクセス:IAM/PAMの基本設計、組織・権限モデルの取り扱い

- ネットワークエンジニアリングにおける10年以上の実務経験(特にアーキテクチャ・ソリューション設計、提案経験)
- 複雑ネットワークソリューション(for MNO, vendor and enterprise)のPoCから商用展開までの実装・提案実績
- クラウド(AWS/Azure/GCP)やAPI基盤を活用したデジタルプラットフォームソリューションのPoC〜商用化までの実装・提案実績
- 複数システム間のAPI連携・統合アーキテクチャの設計・改善実績(TMF Open API の理解が望ましい)
- ゼロトラスト/クラウドセキュリティ/NWセキュリティ領域における複雑セキュリティソリューションのPoC〜商用展開までの実装・提案実績
- プロジェクトマネジメント、技術デリバリー、クライアントエンゲージメント、ステークホルダーマネジメント、チーム育成におけるリーダーシップ実績
- 5~15名規模の技術チームを率いた経験、またはメンター/リーダーとしての育成実績
- 予算・進捗・リスク管理を含むプロジェクトデリバリーのリード経験
- Cレベル/技術レベル双方に対して技術的内容を分かりやすく伝えるコミュニケーション能力
- コンサルティングファームまたは SIer での顧客折衝経験があると望ましい
- プリセールス・顧客提案能力
- 多様なステークホルダーに対し複雑な技術概念を分かりやすく伝えるコミュニケーション能力。
- CxO 〜 技術部門まで幅広い層に対し、技術をビジネス価値に翻訳して説明できる能力
- スライドストーリーボード作成、提案書作成、RFP対応のリード
- 課題ヒアリング、プロセス/データ整理、要求定義のファシリテーションスキル
