  • Cash Allocation Manager providing accounting administration services for Howden Specialty LLC. Delivering operational excellence in cash matching and payment processing while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting administration services for designated business units.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of cash matching and payment processing.
  • Resolve account and reconciliation queries efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to steer execution priorities.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date system records and deliver KPI reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of the Bill-to-Cash lifecycle within an agency management system.
  • Proven experience in accounting operations, preferably within an IBA or comparable agency environment.
  • Experience leading and collaborating with offshore partner.
  • Results-oriented professional with the ability to execute independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing tasks.
  • Proven ability to interpret, implement, and consistently enforce policies and procedures.
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills.
