Responsibilities
Definición y ejecución del plan de crecimiento internacional por país (pipeline, forecasts, ingresos y margen)
Prospección y cierre de acuerdos de distribución, negociación de condiciones comerciales y acompañamiento hasta el go-live
Elaboración y defensa de business cases (análisis P&L, pricing, ROI y rentabilidad)
Diseño del go-to-market y gestión de cuentas clave (KAM, JBP, seguimiento de resultados)
Análisis de mercado e inteligencia competitiva en VMS y salud de la mujer
Coordinación transversal con Marketing, Regulatorio, Calidad, Supply y Finanzas
Representación en ferias y visitas internacionales
Requirements
Formación en Farmacia, Química, Biología, CTA o similar (valorable posgrado en Business/Marketing)
Mínimo 2 años en Business Development internacional o ventas B2B en complementos alimenticios / consumer health, idealmente canal farmacia
Experiencia en negociación de acuerdos de distribución y apertura de mercados
Conocimientos regulatorios básicos UE (Directiva 2002/46/CE y Reglamento 178/2002)
Experiencia en análisis de P&L, pricing y rentabilidad
Excel avanzado, Power BI (usuario) y PowerPoint
Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados y con alta capacidad de negociación
