Responsibilities
You actively support the general manager in day-to-day operations and act as a point of contact for employees and team leaders
You are responsible for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and assist with team leadership and scheduling
You onboard new team members and train employees on current matters, initiatives, and promotions
You ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and compliance with company procedures and quality standards
Together with the general manager, you ensure administrative tasks and the strategic management of your location
You and the general manager — together with your Peter Pane team — run the day-to-day operations and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves
Requirements
Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality or several years of professional experience
Professional experience as a deputy restaurant manager or in a managerial position
A genuine host personality with a knack for self-organization
Strong communication skills and reliability
You are a dynamic professional with charm and charisma who always keeps a cool head
