Conduct bi-weekly funnel reviews, analyze sales metrics, and provide actionable feedback to drive results.
Partner with operations, recruitment, marketing, and sales enablement to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor competitor activity, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
5 or more years history of success in sales roles, ideally with career progression, preferably B2B.
3 or more years of sales leadership experience in staffing industry or similar experience.
Proven success in leading sales teams and driving market growth.
Experience coaching and developing others.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
Willingness to travel within the assigned market (approx. 60% field time).
