About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist managing end-to-end recruitment in the iGaming industry. Focused on sourcing candidates and collaborating with hiring managers across multiple international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting to offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates internationally using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, and targeted outreach
  • Identify relevant talent within the iGaming ecosystem, including candidates working on confidential projects
  • Conduct candidate screenings and structured interviews
  • Present structured candidate feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation within the ATS
  • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously across different teams and locations

Requirements

  • Recruitment experience within the iGaming industry
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting technical, operational, or marketing roles
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Russian language skills (nice to have)
