About the role

  • Client Service Administrator at People Corporation providing support for Group Insurance clients. Responsible for client onboarding and administrative support in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Plan Administrators and Plan Members with the completion of member enrolments, changes, and plan updates
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the Client Service team
  • File enrolments and member change requests as appropriate
  • Manage the general email inbox - converting requests onto appropriate platforms
  • Support the portal approvals process for standard transactions
  • Complete written communications and letters to Plan Members and Plan Sponsors
  • Support the month end billing cycle
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks, while supporting various ad hoc administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in the group benefits industry (call center, claims, group administration)
  • 2+ years of professional experience working in a client focused environment with commitment for service excellence
  • Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • A positive and professional attitude that encourages collaboration and relationship building
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to continuously learn, evolve, and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in the MS Office Suite
  • Fluency in both French & English would be considered an asset
