About the role

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in expanding an internship program that connects companies with emerging talent.
  • Identify and prospect companies to join the internship program.
  • Analyze the market, map opportunities, and monitor commercial trends.
  • Manage the full sales funnel, from first contact through to closing.
  • Prepare customized proposals highlighting the program's benefits.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial roles, specifically consultative selling.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented profile.
  • Experience with internship programs or corporate education initiatives.
