Own day-to-day HR Operations for the Egypt team including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, HRIS accuracy, and compliance
Anticipate and resolve employee issues proactively, manage routine employee relations matters with fairness and discretion, ensuring a positive employee experience
Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while building strong future talent pipelines
Support workforce planning and organization design, ensuring alignment between team structures and business goals
Support learning, development, and engagement initiatives, including internal trainings, team events, and culture-building activities
Ensure a structured onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success in their first 90 days
Maintain accurate HR data and dashboards (attrition, time-to-hire, attendance, probation outcomes) and use insights to inform improvements and leadership decisions
Communicate HR policies and updates clearly, ensuring all employees understand processes, benefits, and expectations
Continuously improve HR processes, from onboarding workflows and recruitment steps to documentation and HRIS usage
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent Acquisition, ideally in a tech or startup environment
Fluent in English (is a must)
Proven experience managing both recruitment and people operations processes end-to-end
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships with managers and employees alike
Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and a people-first mindset in every interaction
