About the role

  • Entry-Level Operations Assistant managing customer onboarding and SIM inventory in Glasgow for IoT connectivity firm Pelion. Collaborating across teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage SIM card dispatch, provisioning and overall inventory control.
  • Support new customer onboarding activities.
  • Handle customer enquiries, including billing investigations and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate internal records and deliver clear, timely communication.
  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to coordinate and resolve operational issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
