  • Business Development Manager expanding presence in Northern Virginia and DC Metro area. Building partnerships and generating business opportunities through networking and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Actively build and maintain a network within the local business community
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and partnerships
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of new and existing opportunities
  • Track activity and outcomes to identify growth opportunities and measure success
  • Close opportunities by connecting the right solutions to client needs

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating independently
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
