About the role

  • Sales Development Representative at Payrails identifying leads and collaborating with the sales team. Conducting outreach through calls, emails, and social media while maintaining CRM records.

Responsibilities

  • You will conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media
  • You will collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and qualification
  • You will research and understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services
  • You will work with CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, track progress, and report on key metrics

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or business development
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • You are highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • You have the ability to adapt to change in a dynamic work environment
  • You are fluent in English
