About the role

  • SDR responsible for driving business opportunities as the first point of contact with prospects. Engaging customers and managing leads in a growing tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects through inbound and outbound communication;
  • Conduct the initial stage of the sales process by identifying pain points and business opportunities;
  • Prospect new leads and contact them via phone, email and other channels;
  • Qualify leads according to pre-established criteria, ensuring accurate handoff to Sales Executives;
  • Organize schedules and cadence flows for lead interactions;
  • Schedule presentation meetings for Executives with end customers;
  • Keep the CRM updated at all times and ensure data accuracy;
  • Monitor KPIs and record prospecting performance metrics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (college in progress is a plus);
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service-related roles;
  • Experience with telephone relationship management and proactive customer outreach;
  • Results- and target-oriented profile, with a focus on numerical performance;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage different customer profiles;
  • Advantageous: experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline organization.
