About the role

  • Design and develop learning programs that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to assess learning needs and design effective learning programs that enhance employee skills and organizational performance
  • Lead the creation and customization of learning content, ensuring it aligns with the learner experience and is optimized for program objectives
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, recommending improvements to enhance learning outcomes
  • Support the development of the learning and development strategy, contributing to decision-making regarding resource allocation and program prioritization

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Outstanding facilitation and communication skills (in-person and virtual)
  • Experience managing learning program logistics and supporting enterprise programs
  • Demonstrated ability to consult and influence across stakeholder groups
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and platforms
