About the role

  • Entry-level role in payment operations and client implementation for a rapidly growing fintech in Belgium. Assisting with payment operations while collaborating with senior team members and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first-line support for operational requests.
  • Resolve standard tickets independently and escalate more complex topics in a structured way.
  • Ensure response and resolution timelines are met in line with internal SLAs.
  • Support client implementation projects and approved change requests, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies with guidance from senior team members.
  • Support and facilitate weekly customer project calls, providing clear status updates and agreed next steps.
  • Maintain accurate implementation, change, and audit documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in payments, fintech, and regulated environments.
  • Junior to early-career profile with a strong operational and execution mindset.
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and following structured processes.
  • Customer-oriented, reliable, and clear communicator.
  • Able to manage operational topics independently and escalate effectively when needed.
  • Fluent in English and French.
