Ensure response and resolution timelines are met in line with internal SLAs.
Support client implementation projects and approved change requests, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies with guidance from senior team members.
Support and facilitate weekly customer project calls, providing clear status updates and agreed next steps.
Maintain accurate implementation, change, and audit documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Strong interest in payments, fintech, and regulated environments.
Junior to early-career profile with a strong operational and execution mindset.
Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and following structured processes.
Customer-oriented, reliable, and clear communicator.
Able to manage operational topics independently and escalate effectively when needed.
Fluent in English and French.
