Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the web presence — from updates and site structure planning to the content roadmap
- Creation and optimization of landing pages (Unbounce & Webflow)
- Implementation of website updates and creation of new pages
- Conceptualization and production of creatives (video & image) for the website, social media and display ads
- Development of compelling headlines and conversion-focused copy for campaigns
- Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve and optimize processes
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong focus on content creation
- Solid background in content and graphic design
- Good sense of UI/UX principles (video editing skills are a plus)
- Confident user of Canva, Figma, Webflow and Unbounce
- Creative, communicative, results-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality
- Strong sense for engaging content and an eye for detail — especially grammar
- Ideally experience in start-up environments
- Initial experience in the subscription or e-commerce sectors
- Ability to handle multiple areas/tasks simultaneously
- Native-level German and very good English (at least C1)
